Strategy · Systems · Interaction · Technology

I turn complex systems into productspeople can understand, trust, and use.

10+ years designing SaaS, FinTech, enterprise and AI-powered digital products.

I work across product strategy, UX, interaction design, and technology - helping teams move from ambiguity to clear product decisions and shipped experiences.

01 / Selected work

Selected Work

A selection of products where the challenge went beyond designing the interface.

01 / Staycationer

From hours of manual searching to answers in minutes.

Staycationer’s team was spending 2–3 hours responding to a single villa enquiry - searching spreadsheets, checking multiple booking platforms, and manually shortlisting properties.

I redesigned the workflow around the decision the team actually needed to make: Which properties are available for this guest, right now?

Making complex data-breach response workflows easier to navigate.

Designing enterprise experiences where speed, clarity, and confidence matter - helping teams work through complex data-breach response processes without adding more operational complexity.

02 / About

A little more
about me.

I'm a Senior UX and Product Designer based in Pune, India.

Over the past 10+ years, I've moved from building websites to designing digital products - working across SaaS, fintech, enterprise software, complex workflows, and emerging AI experiences.

That technical beginning still shapes how I approach design.

I like understanding how things work, questioning assumptions, working closely with engineers, and turning complicated problems into experiences that feel considerably simpler than the systems behind them.

I'm particularly interested in products where clarity, trust, and good decision-making matter.

03 / How I think

Great product design isn't about following a process perfectly.

It's about knowing which problem deserves to be solved.

01

Frame before features.

Before designing the interface, understand the decision the product needs to improve.

02

Design the system, not just the happy path.

Products live between people, technology, business rules, edge cases, constraints, and failure states. The interface is only one part of that system.

03

Ship to learn.

Good product teams don’t wait for perfect certainty. They reduce scope, preserve the integrity of the idea, ship, observe, and learn.

04 / From code to product

Built through making.

A technical beginning became a way of thinking about products as complete systems.

2014

Web Development

Working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and production websites taught me something that still influences how I design today:

Design eventually has to become real.

2017

UX Design

I moved deeper into user experience, working across fintech products, digital platforms, and complex user journeys.

Research became as important as execution.

2019

Product Design

My work expanded from designing interfaces to understanding product requirements, customer problems, business objectives, engineering constraints, and delivery.

Today

Designing + Building

I’m increasingly working at the intersection of product design, technology, and AI - using new tools not just to design faster, but to shorten the distance between an idea and a working product.

05 / Currently Building

Litigation Intelligence Platform

A new intelligence layer for complex legal work - currently being shaped through product thinking, design, and code.

In active development

Turning fragmented litigation information into connected intelligence.

I'm building a workspace that brings matters, documents, evidence, research, and emerging signals into one understandable system - helping legal teams see relationships, focus attention, and make more confident decisions.
